Sometimes when I want to switch to another rhythm I get an error that there is not enough Midi channels. Is there something I can do to bypass that? Thank you very much. Gert

There is only 16 Midi channels available. So in general you can't have more than 2 different rhythms in a song.

I want to use a different rhythm so I have to get rid of the original. I want to " delete" the old rhythm to get space for the new rhythm Is there a way how it can be done. Thanks Gert

Select the songpart for which you want to remove the rhythm change, make the popupmenu appear (righ-click on windows), then "Remove rhythm change".

Hi! First off, greatly, greatly appreciate this software, thank you for maintaining/making it!
Just off of this thread, is there any way to reuse the same channels for parts in different styles in case you wanted to switch mid composition? It seems like reusing channels would be a simple way past the channel limitation error.
I block most messages besides MIDI Note info to my DAW, let vsti's handle instrumentation and sound, so if the styles could switch and reuse the same MIDI channels, it would make the arranging so much more versatile. Really, the only relevant thing is that the drums are on channel 10 and the bass is on channel 11 (maybe percussion on 9), other than that, weather it's a keyboard, a guitar, strings, horns, or some other melody part, what's playing the actual notes from those channels just all goes to instrumentation and arrangement.
Is this something currently possible, and if not, does it seem like something that would make sense and would be easy to implement?
Either way, wonderful, workflow changing piece of software, looking forward to the new version and future open-source development!
