Hello Jerome
Thanx for the upgrade to version 3.2 on Mac.
I have these problems :
1) Error in lower right side (see attached "screen_1"
2) I can't play my own songs. The Song Part window is missing.
3) Opening only 1 song in JjazzLab and clicking "Play" gives me this error (se attached Screen_2
- - -
I didn't have these problems in the older version of JjazzLab.
Please help if you can.

Congratulations you found a new bug I need info how to reproduce the "Unexpected Exception": what did you do exactly ? If it's related to a .sng file send it to me, plus the .mix if there is one. And send the log file content. jjazzlab.gitbook.io/user-guide/faq#how-to-submit-a-bug-how-to-find-the-log-fileOnce you have this kind of error, JJazzLab is in an unknown state which can trigger other errors. So you must restart JJazzLab.

Hi Jerome, and thanx for helping me with this :-)
Here is what I have done so far :
1) I removed all JjazzLab (JJL) stuff from my iMac and restarted the computer
2) Installed JJL ver. 3.2
3) Everything works when I make a NEW song and edit and play it.
- - -
4) My own saved songs & mix files don't show the SongstructureEditor window at the bottom right. And I can't play my own songs. I have includet one of my song files in this posting.
5) Right-clicking in the ChordLeadsheet Editor pane don't react when I try to make another song active - using my own songs.
6) Loading one of my own songs shows an error at the bottom. Please see att. screenshots. Hmmn I get a message when I try to upload more screenshots : (You have reached the attachment limit for this post.) So I'll make an extra posting with the second screenshot and the logfile.
A POSSIBLE FIX : - very bad idea, since I have more than 350 songs :-( ............................... If I copy all the bars of one of my own song&mix files... and paste them into a NEW song, then the SongstructureEditor is visible!

I could reproduce the pb and fix it. It's a 3.2.0 bug, which prevents JJazzLab from reading songs created with 3.0 or 3.1 only if the song uses the Drums Transformer parameter. That was your case.
It's problematic, so I will release a new bug-fix version 3.2.1 probably tonight.
Thanks jjazzslinger for reporting it!

3.2.1 is online. Can you confirm your problem is fixed?

Thank you Jerome!
Described problems are gone with version 3.2.1
- - - - -
A rather small (and new) problem have started :
Open JJL and import two or more songs...
Play the last imported (and active ) song. And stop it again.
Now try to make another song active by right-clicking between the songpanes at the top!
I can't get another song active the first 3 times I try. Then suddenly the 4th or the 5th time I right-click, it finally gets active and I can now play the other(s) songs by right-clicking only one time. After that it works normal until I restart jjazzlab. See att. jpg file
- - - - -
A small visual thing : I have some weird characters in the Song Editor window. Is that normal? See att. jpg
- - - - -
Another small thing :
Hitting the spacebar during play used to stop playing the song. Now in ver. 3.2.1 I have to press the spacebar 3 times or more, before the song stop playing.

Good!
You're right there is a minor bug when using Activate via the songpane title popup menu on a not-selected song. It was there before, even in JJazzLab 2, I need to fix it. There is an easy workaround: to activate a song, just select it (left-click on the song pane) before activing it (via popup menu, or press 'O', or click on the "ON" button in the toolbar).
Weird character: it's a '[' and a ']' together (it means no instrument is muted), it's a regression, I'll remove the brackets.
space-bar: nothing has changed regarding space-bar. If it does not trigger play/pause it means focus is captured by another component, click on the leadsheet or song structure editor then hit space again.

Thanx for the activating tip.
You are absolutely right about the spacebar!
Everyone : have a great Easter holiday!
