My Operating system is Manjaro Linux, system info in attachment.

Well that's not normal. I'm surprised that the System info shows that your JJazzLab uses a Java 18 JDK located in /usr/lib/jvm. JJazzLab should use the JDK which is bundled in the JJazzLab installation directory, and it's JDK 17, not 18. This might be the cause of the issue, I've never tested with JDK 18. How did you install it ? Via the JJazzLab-3.2.1-Linux.zip file from JJazzLab website ? Also could you copy & paste the log file, I need to see all log messages. To find the log file: jjazzlab.gitbook.io/user-guide/faq#how-to-submit-a-bug-how-to-find-the-log-file

Hello,
I have installed JJazzlab via Octopi. Octopi is an installer on Manjaro linux.
Manjaro is a rolling distribution, that means when there is an update, everything is updated to a newer version, so i assume also the Java Jdk, i am not sure about that.
Anyway, I have tried to attach the log file but this website does not allow me to attach .log files or .txt files. So i thought i copy the log file and paste it here, but that also gives an error, and everything will be blocked.
The log file is so long i cannot make a screenshot from it.
I will try and install the program via the download page for linux and try again.
best regards Jean

When i try to uninstall the program via Octopi i get this message that proves that the Java 18 jdk was installed.

Hello,
I have uninstalled JJazzlab with Octopi. Reinstalled it via the zip file on the JJazzlab website, and now everything seems to work just fine.
So for me Problem Fixed.
Thanks Jean
