I'm sorry if this subject was already posted by someone else, but I couldn't find it although I have searched up and down this forum AND help documentation AND YouTube AND Google.
So - I have tried to install Jjazzlab on the machine that is always offline, but - first, the installation of the CoolSoft_VirtualMIDISynth that I have downloaded using the link in the help documentation was painfully slow, then, when the window finally appeared, it wouldn't accept the soundfont that I have also downloaded, and finally - in JazzLab - Tools-Options-NOTHING (meaning - no CoolSoft_VirtualMIDISynth in the left window).
Could you please make a post in your help section with detailed explanation how to install the software on a machine that is not on the internet? Also - where the soundfont should be located?? Is it supposed to be in a root folder of the program or..??
Please, help! Thank you so much!!

The JJazzLab Windows installation program does not use internet, so it should work on an offline computer. If VirtualMidiSynth does not show up in JJazzLab/Tools/Midi then VirtualMidiSynth did not install correctly. You should search the VirtualMidiSynth forum, I've never heard about this problem before. When VirtualMidiSynth is installed OK, see here for how to configure it: jjazzlab.gitbook.io/user-guide/configuration/jjazzlab-soundfont/virtualmidisynthBy the way the next version JJazzLab 4 will embed its own software synth, so you won't have this kind of problem anymore.

Thank you Jerome so much for your prompt response it was so kind of you!
I will try again, following your instructions, but this news about version 4 makes me soooo happy, can't wait for it to come!
Thanks again, and have a Merry Christmas and a Happy new Year!
