I'm a new user and I couldn't figure out why I create a C chord but it is played in D tone instead. Therefore, I have to make a D progression to have it played in actual C. Please advise/

It seems you have enabled by mistake "key transposition during playback". This is the icon with the saxophone, towards the right end of the toolbar.

Hi, I'm new at JJazzLab and I'm already quite excited but I also have a bassline in an intro of a style that sounds a little different than from the Tyros 3. The bassline in Jjazzlab plays a single note a half lower what makes the feel minor. (I didn't enable the keytransposition and I didn't choose another interpretation of the chord or other harmony. Of course I can fix in in a DAW but maybe it can be fixed in the program or I did something wrong?
