Hello everybody! First of all - Happy New 2024 to you all! So about my question... I tried to take the style file (from Yamaha PSR Sx600 with extension "PRS") and use it with the song in JJazzLab. I used the prepared song from JJazzLab-Realbook. The soft "recognized" that the style is SFF2 format and noticed that it needs to transform it. OK. But.. it`s take about 30 sec to start playback and more - it`s take about 30 sec to play each time I make some edition (change a chord for example)... It's too much time! What the software is doing every time it says to me "Preparing music" Sorry for my English...

Well, don't bother: I could reproduce the issue on my computer. There is no error in the log, it's just the combination of this style+this song, that makes the music generation algorithm super long. This is the first time I see this, I'll investigate! (by the way great chord progressions in the song! )

One more thanks for reply! So - what do you mean by "generation algorithm"?? It is something new to me in the meaning of style+chords. I hardly can imagine that my PSR (for example) will need some "generation algorithm" if I will use the chord track with different styles to produce the music with such pause... It will be nice if you can show me the short diagram of this algorithm in order to understand the common process of your software! Thank you!

As a workaround, don't use variation "Main-B" of this style. This is the variation which causes the long delay. You can see JJazzLab full source code here: github.com/jjazzboss/JJazzLab

Ok found the bug why it took so long on this style/variation. It will be fixed in next release 4.0.2.
